We lost my father in February and were truly overwhelmed by the number of things that needed to be done, to include selling our childhood home. Having lived away for many years, we didn't know the local market in Blairsville nor did we have connections with any realtors. A bank employee knew Anna and suggested we contact her. It didn't take us long to recognize Anna was the perfect choice! Her personality was so encouraging and calmed our anxieties. We felt from the very beginning that she was someone we could trust. She knows the Blairsville market better than the back of her hand and got us started immediately with sound advice on listing price, needed repairs, and marketing strategies. Despite one setback with an offer that fell through, we ended up getting a second offer shortly thereafter and closed on the sale just 9 days after the original projected closure date.
